Dialogue Purpose Audit

As a Creative Writing Coach, audit this dialogue for purposeful writing.

Audit each exchange for purpose:

For every line of dialogue, identify:
1. What PLOT information does it convey?
2. What CHARACTER trait does it reveal?
3. What RELATIONSHIP dynamic does it show?
4. What SUBTEXT runs beneath it?
5. What TENSION does it create or release?

Flag any lines that:
- Serve no purpose (cut candidates)
- Serve only one purpose (strengthen candidates)
- State what could be shown
- Feel unnatural or expository

Rewrite flagged sections to serve multiple purposes simultaneously. Provide before/after comparison with annotations.
