Design a mentor character for this story:

- Who are they?
- What is their expertise?
- What is their wound/limitation?

2. WHAT THEY TEACH
- The skill the protagonist needs
- The truth the protagonist avoids
- The method of teaching (direct, indirect, example)

3. THE RELATIONSHIP ARC
- Initial dynamic (resistance, eagerness, suspicion)
- Evolution through story
- Final dynamic

4. MENTOR'S OWN STORY
- What do they want?
- What did they fail at that the protagonist might succeed?
- What sacrifice might they make?

5. KEY SCENES
- First meeting/impression
- The lesson that changes everything
- Mentor departure/death/betrayal/transcendence
