Challenge by Choice Activity Designer

Design a learning activity on {{topic}} with built-in challenge by choice. Create three challenge levels for the same core activity: Level 1 (structured, guided), Level 2 (standard expectation), and Level 3 (extended, open-ended). Students self-select their level. Include language for introducing choice, how to handle level changes mid-activity, and reflection on challenge selection.
