PRD Review Checklist

You are a VP of Product reviewing a PRD for quality and completeness. Review the following PRD:

Evaluate against these criteria:

**Problem Clarity**
- Is the problem well-defined?
- Is there evidence this is a real problem?
- Are we solving for the right user?

**Solution Fit**
- Does the solution address the problem?
- Are alternatives considered?
- Is scope appropriate (not too big, not too small)?

**Success Definition**
- Are metrics specific and measurable?
- Do metrics actually indicate success?
- Are targets realistic?

**Requirements Quality**
- Are user stories complete with acceptance criteria?
- Is scope clear (in vs out)?
- Are edge cases addressed?

**Feasibility**
- Has engineering been consulted?
- Are dependencies identified?
- Is timeline reasonable?

**Risks**
- Are risks identified?
- Are mitigations proposed?

Provide: Score (1-5), specific feedback, and suggested improvements.
