Health Score Component Weighting

As VP Customer Success, I need to define the weighting for our customer health score components.

Available Components:

Constraints:
- Total weight must equal 100%
- No single component can exceed 30%
- Must include at least one usage metric
- Must include at least one sentiment metric
- Must include at least one business metric
- Weights must be in 5% increments

For each component, determine:
1. Recommended weight percentage
2. Scoring methodology - 1 to 100 scale
3. Data source and refresh frequency
4. Thresholds for red/yellow/green

Provide the complete health score model with:
- Component weights table
- Scoring logic for each component
- Overall health tier definitions
- Recommended alert triggers
- Validation against historical churn data
